I fell in love with this recipe, it's so simple ! The only point to improve would be the quality of images. But otherwise, I think that Lea explains each step very well and we realize that baking is not that difficult. As she says very well in her welcome message, you just have to follow the recipe to the letter.

I went to Paris last year and tasted what they call "éclair au chocolat", which I loved. Being totally new to (french) pastry, Lea's course was so cool to follow.
