I gave the course 5 stars because this is great value for the cost and I can see that the instructor Benoit truly put a lot of effort and care in designing the course. My feedback on this course would be perhaps changing the title name 'From A1.1 to A1.2 in a month' to something else. I feel that if one were to complete this in a month, it would be rushed. Although I got 49 out of 50 on the final quiz, I still am going to go back and practice things as I don't feel I have absorbed everything. I took more than a month. That said, thank you Benoit for inspiring me to continue my French learning.

I already liked the first course a lot and the high quality of learing continues with this one. Monsieur Benoit only speaks French now, which I really like. The niveau is higher than with the first course, but on a balanced difficulty level. Still I give only 4 stars because I didn’t like the audio exercices at all. They are too hard in my opinion and also not very well designed. The speakers talk so much, that you can’t even remember everything when it comes to the questions. Looking forward to the next course!

I did very well in the first course and have been supplementing my education with apps, books, and other resources, but I'm finding I am ill-prepared for instruction entirely in French. I'm missing a significant portion of what is said and it's making me rethink my progress entirely and my performance in the first course of this series. I completely agree with the rationale behind instruction entirely in French, and know that immersion is key to the learning process, but it's quite frustrating. I'm confident other students are adapting far better than I am, but for me personally, I feel like I'm missing more than I should be.

The courses are generally great to do, and have been lot of fun so far using a variety of styles to learn and remember. The teacher is excellent at explaining things…I wish he was my french teacher 25 years ago. I might have not been in bottom set then! Haha

Very clear and easy to understand. I recommend watching the lessons twice though so you can memorize the information better and have an even clearer understanding of all the points. I also love the idea of adding quizzes and oral exercises to have a better pronunciation of all the new vocabulary attained throughout the past section.

It's all in French, so it's an immersion experience, which forces you to listen and to think, but that's the best way to learn! I'm enjoying it!

I've now completed 2 of Benoit's beginner French courses and have found them well paced with good explanations and exercises to help you remember the content. I have tried other methods of learning French previously, including face-to-face and other online courses and Benoit's courses are my favourite so far, and with the best results! I'll be slowly working through all the French courses he's got available :)
