During this course, I will share with you many important teachings as well as many of my own experiences with these delicious and nutritious plants.

There are so many unique wonderful flavors to explore.

The best part, you can re-watch the lessons as many times as you like so you can really learn the plants and build your confidence. This will truly accelerate your learning. Elizabeth, as with any experienced herbalist, teaches with ethics and integrity and absolutely will not be deceitful for marketing sake. Rather, her students are sincerely respected and honored. Therefore none of her courses claim to be accredited.

I love the course so far! I've been dabbling in wild edible herbs for some time, and this is what I needed. The course helps me feel safe when adding wild herbs to my meals and brings many practical ways to incorporate them into my diet. I also love the information about the beneficial constituents of each herb. Looking forward to hearing more!

Great course! Lots of information, but divided into bitesize segments which are easy to follow. Brilliant and clear on both identification of different plants and how to use them for food.

This course is very nice. I love the videos and how we get a close up of each plant. I also enjoy the advice on how to use each plant for example making a pesto. I recommend this course to others :)

Very good information that was easy to follow. The instructor spoke at a good pace and was very knowledgeable. Although most of the videography was good, it didn’t always match what the instructor was talking about. Better images of the various plants would also be helpful for identification.

I’ve watched many of the videos now and got certified at the end of each was speaking as a professional chef I’m a little annoyed by the fact that the recipe you keep giving for pesto is in accurate due to the fact that it has no cheese it would be better For you to consider calling it a marinade or paste which can be added to any food dish such as a pasta dish or as a great marinade on meats that are being baked off I understand you’re probably thinking of it from a Vegan perspective however having been a classically trained chef for well over 35 years this is not true even though there are many variations the one thing is the base and the base consist of the Greenwich the oil the nuts and the cheese Incorporated. When I consider that I keep bringing this class to the attention Of my colleagues as we are transitioning and discovering the holistic side of things even further and deeper I know others will have the same annoyance I have already spoken to two that are taking the course now and that is the consensus amongst us why is this being cold that when it isn’t that.

There are so many wild edible plants that I never knew. I have seen a lot of these, but never thought anything of it. I will be looking for more of these plants on my hikes. I love the Vegetarian Dolmas and I can not wait to make them. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, Cheers xo

I enjoyed this very much. Look forward to the other courses in this course. I am not sure if there was a PDF...I will check to see. I guess that would be my only wish since I am an avid note taker and would rather have it already there so I could concentrate on the slides and lecture more.

I know where some of these plants are growing and am exited about looking for the others when I'm out walking. The instruction on identification is very clear.
