The longer I watched this video, the more interesting it looked. This could be useful and fun for many people. It also looks very convenient to do. The only thing I didn't like about this video was hearing the same intro song before section. It's got a bit annoying, but it's ok. haha

Fantastic! I really enjoyed this short and powerful course. Besides the physical benefits of learning this exercise, I imagine there are desirable brain benefits per cross lateralization between the right and left hemispheres engaged to navigate the various routines correctly. It's winter here where I live and practicing in my house is not wise. I can imagine all of the stuff the rope will destroy and the hell I will pay from my girl for it. So learning this will have to be put on back burner until winter breaks or at least calms down before I can practice outside. Really cool. Thanks for bringing this course to Udemy.
