Far more useful (and interesting) than reading a Dutch text alongside an English translation. The lessons are in a structured and easy to digest format, which makes it easy to dedicate a few minutes here and there to learning the language.

Before I went on holiday in Belgium, I had learned a bit of Dutch with Pimsleur and Michel Thomas. When I came back, I found this. I wish I had done it the other way around. Alain is a friendly and engaging teacher who eases you into Dutch with his Belgian accent (there are multiple Belgian accents). I have only just started his second course; I don't know if his full course sequence is enough to gain proficiency. I plan to complete it before I return. If you're pressed for time, I would do this to get comfortable with Dutch, then another, more fast paced, course. For an all Dutch introduction to Dutch, however, this is a friendly and welcoming experience.

I like the pace of the teacher. Also that he only speaks Dutch and try to explain the words with gestures, images and so, like if he was teaching to kids. This is the way.

I was looking for an on-line course on Dutch language for a long time now with no luck. I found Alain on YouTube earlier and very much enjoyed his content and way of explaining things. To see his full course here was a great surprise. It is also interesting to listen to native speaker using a dialect/accents of some sort.

A bit slow according to my opinion. Also when one makes the tests/quizes it should have an option not to check every single answer but to see them at once at the completion.

Great intro into Dutch, quite immersive as the Professor doesn't really use other languages (like English) but he makes it very easy to figure out. Very entertaining and useful, I've already used a couple of phrases on a Flemish colleague, to her shocked surprise. Looking forward to next course to improve my accent! Highly recommended.
