Life Coaching

My name is Carmen Williams and I will be your life coach instructor today. This course will focus on how to be a Life Coach. Life Coaching is an occupation where you work with individuals who wish to make a change in their lives, the client/partner is looking for someone to help them make that change without judgment. By working with clients/partners to evaluate their lives on a personal, professional, and spiritual level, you help them to make realistic goals and establish the necessary steps required to reach those goals. It's important to learn who you are by working with a certified life coach to uncover any obstacles in your life. This course will allow you to learn about the strategies to deal with stress and provide the tools to become the best version of your inner self. I started Fit Over It LLC. to provide a learning platform for mental and physical growth. Fitology teaches the importance of movement and fitness in a variety of ways through a variety of disciplines. I leave you with this message. Pursue your dream without considering people, because people will tell you, you can’t do something just because they can’t do it themselves or they are afraid to. If you got a dream, you gotta pursue it. I have learned it’s important to who I tell my dreams to because everyone doesn’t have good intentions and they aren’t always for you, learn to be your biggest supporter and cheerleader, be courageous and stand up and pursue what you desire for yourself.
