Fantastic and straight to the point course on weight training - Felix took all of the important points that you can apply to a client or yourself. Program mostly focusses on beginners and very very less on intermediate or advanced athletes, haven't completed the whole course yet but I cant see concepts like deload or what if an intermediate or advance level athlete has hit platue in terms of gaining muscle mass.
