Save your money. This was a poorly structured repetitive and unhelpful course. The interesting parts were from the books '7 habits of highly effective people' and the book 'From good to great' so I'd suggest purchasing them instead.

The First-Line Management Course provided insight and guidance into leadership. I realised the course was delivering deep insight into myself and how we all operate and interact with each other. I have and will recommend this course to anybody appointed in a managerial position as I have experienced the lasting positive impact it can have on team performance.
