1) This model is very basic, the assumptions are very unrealistic 2) We seek that any financial model should be in our hand, and it should be flexible to the inputs. 3) The formulas entered in the model are very complex, I understand the formulas are generally complex but you can not leverage formulas entered in this model to another 4) The dash board should be visually attracting and should contain more than what i see in this model 5) Overall in my assumption you are raising debt and equity by showing this model to the investors hence it should be contain every small details about the project. The model is good but i expected more from this model Thank You...

Really great course. Quite difficult to catch all the formulas and understand their purpose. However, I'm not a financial expert. This has been great to learn about financial principles and will assist me greatly in my profession. More courses like this would be great!
