This guy is a whiz kid. I love it. But you should have a good base understanding of financial statement analysis before you start. Otherwise you will struggle. But he has correctly caveated it as an Advanced course so it's totally fine for me. Note that I just took the CMA exams prior to this course so the core finance and accounting was covered there. Here I am looking to refine financial modeling skills which assumes good knowledge of the core stuff.

some points were not explained satisfactory like at the end of the cash flow statement and even in the income statement.

as this is advance level course , to understand this course you must have at least cfa l1 or related to this , otherwise it would be difficult to understand

The course is designed well but the teaching methodology could be improved to accommodate novice students also. I had already taken a basic class on Financial Modeling so I could manage to cope to an extent by watching the classes on repeat. Classes should also focus on teaching excel formulas, which was missing so far.

See course is good but you need to improve the quality example build
model scratch which helps beginner to understand 1st. dont need so many big big model in the beginning make sure build a model wich they can easy lee implement. Make sure your product quality is good

Its very theoretical, was hoping that the tutor would help and build the model from scratch. There is not much use of theory that it is filled with.

Sir, I was expecting you to explain the calculation of various steps of FM on plain excel sheet instead explaining on ready made excel model. That way it was more understandable and clear.

The course is insightful but would be better if we were allowed to prepare the financial model simultaneously with Sir rather than getting it readymade

It is very vague and not at all useful. The instructor is presenting everything on the power point and basically defining the concepts rather than performing them in excel. This should be not be named as advanced course as it is very misleading.

Reading the power point is something made me unattached. also the case studies, they were good but instead of explaining, it would have been engaging and learning if those case studies were prepared instantly.

This was honestly not taught well, the proctor speaks very quickly and assumes you understand what he's saying, also jumps topics constantly. Very hard to follow.
