I am refreshing my french and the other courses that I am taking do not explain why the end of the verb changes. I have just finished the second lesson and this course has already helped me out tremendously.

I felt the video was a little disjointed, that the tutor, although obviously can speak the language, the pauses when looking up and trying to remember are off putting, if the tutor is struggling at that point to get the correct meaning or understanding, i felt like i am going to have to climb mountains to become profisiant in the future. Perhaps a different approach on maybe tech, would be better at the begining to have something that is not part video and more the aspect of doing it with voice over to acompany the verbs.

The instructor is trilingual, is able to differentiate between the French R and the English R and pronounce them both correctly, explains grammatical terms so i don't have to google them to understand, is able to condense 2 years of knowledge in 3 hours. And the videos are the right length, not too long.

I love this course since I learned French in school but forgot some of the grammar. Kerstin is like a good friend sitting in front of you explaining the main items of french grammar. But here you have the advantage you can repeat it as often as you want to. The quizzes showed me where I have to practice and repeat more. All this will help me to speak better French when I during my holiday in France - which starts today... Would love to have a sequel to this course. Merci, Kerstin, et à bien tôt!

This is one of my favorite resources for French Grammar. I can't begin to tell you how many times I'd stopped and started French study over the years, mostly because I couldn't grasp the grammar. However, this was the first grammar course I used that made realized that the "trick" lies within the instruction itself. I stopped using the course, for a while, in order to focus more on pronunciation and vocabulary building. But, it's another credit to this course -- it made me anxious to so, so that I could acquire the tools to come back to this course, ready to fully apply it in conversation. Each time I ran into a confusing breakdown of grammar elsewhere, I knew that I could confidently skip over it because this course was still waiting for me. For starters, Kerstin is an excellent instructor, with a visible passion for languages. Her delivery is lively, logical and practical -- making what normally can feel like a complex, daunting and mysterious topic into something tangible. She's good at explaining the big picture and small details without boring or overwhelming the viewer. Both her course and the additional language learning resources and insights she shares on her Website have been a great complement to my other study materials and something I will continue to use as a reference.

I know quite a bit of French vocabulary from past studies, but did not feel comfortable speaking aloud. This course reminded me of all the important grammar lessons that I'd forgotten from so long ago. My favorite part was being able to see Kerstin in the videos. It felt much more personal, engaging and I didn't feel weird practicing aloud. It's like having a live tutor on demand. Now I feel much more confident in my French and look forward to more courses to continue my journey!

The course is not framed properly . while taking this course. I have to use french grammar book as usual for proper understanding . The videos can only play passive role in guidance towards informing what is in the syllabus for LEVEL A1. Even the videos are not informative enough. Any way i am going to go through few more videos .If i find them not helpful . I would go for the refund.
