I did not pay 80$ to listen to you telling me how good your application is, I want to learn how to build one. If you ask a question you dont get any answer, it sucks. Dude just start from scratch showing us how to build something.

The instructor is clear, concise and easy to understand. I have experienced other courses in various subjects in which the content seemed usefull, but the speaker was hard to understand requiring more effort to attempting to understand the speech than the course content.

Be aware that this course is lecture based, it does not contain tutorials and is therefore not for beginners or even intermediate users. A lot of time is spent going over their free software, but you are not shown how to build it from the ground up! There are a lot of downloads, but they are not tied into the course, you are expected to review and use them to expand your knowledge. Overall very disappointed with the teaching style!

The course comes with the perspective you know filemaker very well. All video's don't give you step by step tutorials to find the filemaker functions, or easy examples that get you on track. This guy talks to much and doesn't show how thing in filemaker can be created. Please change the skill Level to Advanced, otherwise many people will be very disappointed when they download this course.

I have been watching over 90 minutes of video content. I appreciate that you share FMSP, but i want to know and learn how to build that app just like you did. i cannot spend hours watching how Filemaker is going to me our life easier or how FMSP is great. that is what your engineers built, i wanna build it too. is that what this course is about ? because it says at the beginning, learn how to build and deploy a custom app.

I've been watching for over an hour and we still haven't started to actually dive into the software itself, so far if feels like an advertisement for Filemaker Pro but not an actual tutorial for the use of FMP, In other words its a tutorial for what it does but not, at least so far, how to do what it does and again i'm over an hour into it.

Confirms that this is the "right" course. The piece that could possibly be improved is that some people need clarification on terminology or technical terms as they are moving from one database to FileMaker, etc. Therefore, a vocabulary section or something along those lines so that we can differentiate what something is talking about... For instance, I am not familiar with "coding" - although, I have likely partaken in coding without realizing it. But in the overview you mention "serialized code"? If for nothing else, it's a handy reference; I know this would be helpful to me as this course will be flushing out areas I have no training in as well as updating my existing knowledge all while I continue to design and build a new database for my work.
