Working in a bank, means having to know all risks that customers come with customers or even employees.

This was a good basic overview of the AML/Terrorist financing and sourcing. The lack of visuals, video, or activities to assist with learning are why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The information was good and reliable. Thank you.

The course was fine and instructive, the presentation was poor and the end questionnary was really bad.

There's a lot of typos, some questions in Quiz are written with a lot of mistakes in it, definitely someone should review this course once again and check everything for correctness. Overall, course was ok, but nothing new for me :)

It's very helpful to understand what FATF define against ML, TF and his explanation is very easy to be understood.

It was a good match. I feel that everything was explained whilst pointing to the points being explained and repeating it meant that it sunk in.

Sorry, but you are throwing a lot of text on your presentations. - What about more graphics? There are many big examples of ML and TF, maybe you could do it more interactive - The exam in the end contains 30 questions - There are some typos, which well are o.k. I guess, yet question 22 shows all three answers are identical, but just one of them is correct - 30 questions in the end of a bulk of text from the presentations. Why don t you make a stop after every 10 minutes of explaining a subject and ask 3-5 questions instead? I think with that you would have better rating, better customer experience and in the end a better result for the student

The information was good, however, the transcript contains a lot of verbiage errors. It was hard to read along with the commentator for clarity due to misspelled words, etc.

It would be good to have a short quiz after each topic. The correspondent/ respondent banking information was interesting and applicable to me

The presentation was good. The quiz should probably be reviewed and updated, as there are a few spelling errors, some answers are so much alike you might choose the wrong one by mistake (I would also argue that for a few questions, some of the wrong answers were still correct), and the last question literally gives the answer in the question.
