This course provided good information. Jack was a great in presenting the information. I am looking forward to implementing the program. The links in the presentation did not work. Also, I did not have the ability to download the workouts and schedule. Suggest adding them as a resource so they are easy to access. Thanks!

I have learned a fitness course fitness first I have all my diplomas but for many years I did a lot of sport but I am a pastry chef also that is why later on have no time for exercise and I get weight through the long hours of working and stress but I have it now in my mind to lose weight to change my habits and I have followed a few courses as weight loss coach that is for myself to lose weight and also to help another people with my coaching I did Hypnosis NLP EFT and consulting thetahealing I make one all in coaching program thanks for this course

Great info - solid, simple and to the point. I really enjoyed this course. Trainerjack has a very pleasant demeanor and engaging voice - The fitness steps are actionable so you can start right away without a gym membership - and no fitness equipment is required. I wish there were a few resource PDFs highlighting the workouts - but all of the info is included in the videos via powerpoint slides - and he offers an ebook as well on his website. Highly recommended.

Jack seems very nice, caring, and passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being. Most of the content is simple, and can be found through Google searching online. However, the structure and just having an instructor take you through it kind of makes this course worth it. Overall enjoyable. Thanks.
