This was very lovely. I have been doing exercises for my face on and off over the last few years but now I have a whole program and can come back often till I have memorized all the exercises and sequences. Lovely teacher, such a sweetheart (havent spoken to her but what I can see from her videos) and clear explanations by showing where to place you hands for the *facelift*. Right now my face is feeling warm, must have put something in motion there me thinks :) A wholeheartedly 5 Stars from me. Thank you very much, Irina!

What a great course! What a sweet lady! Doing this every single morning and see tremendous improvement in the mirror. Please do not be lazy to spend some time for your face and try it. This really works. After a week I noticed that my face color became better and the face shape improved. Japanese eyebrow massage is my fav part. Great job Irina, really appreciate your work❤️
