Very boring - and not well put together - content is passe - very bad use of the English - on the Must Ask Questions # 1 and #2 - "If you WAS able" - instead of If you WERE able....omg - I cannot imagine how the sellers would think of any agent in a professional manner ...

William May does it again!!! I first learned of William May when I purchased his book; Top 10 Expired Objections on Audible. Don't let the name of the book fool you. It's not just about the top 10 objections we hear everyday, it's loaded with tons of valuable information I was able to implement in my business and I've seen tremendous results. William's second book; Holiday Prospecting for Dollars is must have book filled with golden nuggets of information and powerful scripts and objection handlers. The scripts and objection handlers can be used all year long and not just for the holidays with some minor word adjustments. I was super excited when I found out William May was putting out Expired Listing Mastery 101. William does it again!!! He over delivers on content, he leaves no stone unturned. William goes over everything including: mindset, call schedules, powerful scripts, objection handlers, door knocking, marketing material, real estate apps, and so much more. This program will teach you everything you need to know to dominate expireds in your market. Looking forward to more content from William May!

I discovered William May some time ago on YouTube and more recently stumbled on his best-selling book on Top 10 Expired Objections. Now, I'm not much into real estate, but I'm certainly entertaining the transition into the industry after watching William's open enthusiasm and transparency about the business. Where most real estate agents would scoff at the notion of engaging in disgruntled and jaded homeowners who are cleary not thrilled about talking to yet another agent, William embraces the process and shows how simple overcoming the outward hurtles of expired objections. I can only begin to imagine the awesome experience each one of these homeowners has after dealing with William and having him finally seal the deal on selling their house. If you're looking for someone who's knowledgable, well-spoken, and experienced in real estate work, then you need look no further than William May. 5-well-earned stars!

So far so good. I like how the videos are detailed, but still short enough so I don’t go crazy with information overload. Good layout and many videos.

In my research on what it's like to be a real estate agent, I was attracted to William's course to learn more about challenges that agents face in their quest for success. Deep-diving into the area of expired listings is a good place to start because it's about dealing with challenges, which are also opportunities, which I find exciting. I'm almost half-way through the course and I'm really enjoying his easy-going and engaging style combined with the wealth of experiences he's sharing. To me, learning from an experienced professional like William is what I was hoping for in consuming the course.
