Section 3 was too much of reading material. Nothing different than reading a book. Had joined this course to get a deeper and higher understanding on various concepts, frameworks and strategies but this one came across as a relatively basic course.

the course is good, but its very general, i wish there was more case studies, examples for b2b and b2c businesses that will allow to more in depth understanding of the topic, it is a good refresher
