The instructor did well in using real-life examples, however the visual aspects of the course need improvement. The purpose of the course is to teach users how to use pivot tables, so the instructor should of focused on showing the audience each step instead of only discussing it. In addition, it would of been very helpful if the instructor would have allowed the students to download the data he used to create the pivot table and charts, so that we may practice along with him as he teaches.
