Great examples of Leadership theory in the team environment. I would have liked to see more ways in which MBTI types interact with the leadership styles.

The MBTI part is an overview of the personality traits of each type which is ideal for students who do not wish to drive deep into Jungian psychology. The author has a lot of external resources on YouTube which can prove useful to the students. My main critic is regarding the overly theoretical approach; the MBTI parts lack the storytelling, examples, and anecdotes required to really picture the characters (especially for beginners). The leadership part, mainly normative, is inspired on classical management literature (1970s+) including Stephen Covey, Robert Greenleaf, and William Ury. Nothing groundbreaking, but nevertheless plenty of sound advice and good principles. The students need to be committed to some introspection in order to fully benefit from the teaching of this course. Globally, this course offers a good price value to beginners and intermediate students, as well as interesting reflection for students of all levels.
