It was a Great Experience with Quiz and practice sessions. Till Section 7, I enjoyed the course, Building the es6 and React project from Scratch.

I love the energy of David and the funny, but meaning full examples to apply the topics we are learning. The pace is just perfect for someone who is already a developer, but learning a new language. The sections are sized to perfect duration not to be too short or too long.

A decent course for sure, definitely not for beginners and too basic for those with more experience. But I would say its a good refresher course if you need it. Instructor goes over topics very quickly and only brushes the surface on topics that are very important. If you don't already have an understanding of the concept you'll likely be lost, if you're looking for in depth knowledge of concepts, this is not the course for you. Also a lot of the tools used here are versions behind, many install with warnings they're depreciated, and if you don't know how to fix it you will struggle to follow along in some sections.

In the 10th video; wtf is the instructor typing in?? Before ever getting to the js lessons, I'm completely lost and have no idea what is happening.

One of the better courses I've done - very clear and straight to the point. Marked it 4.5 due to there being a bug with section 6 of the course, as an error appears with the "call" not being defined which looks to be a Webpack issue. Would have been handy if the course had been revisited to solve this, although I appreciate Webpack 5 is out now.

Good info about ES6 to start with you will feel confident. Less info about babel and webpack but that's ok.

Hello David. Thank you for the light course. Your way of telling the stories is really funny and creative. I think this will attract more people to your courses. I believe this course is pretty good for people as a start knowing ES6, but it is not getting in depth of why things happen this way. In many parts you assume that people are already aware of some stuff so you just jump into results. I sure that you have being progressing through the years and your newer courses are much better. I wish you the best always

If you know little/basic JavaScript, this course is good for you. In lesser time, you will know some mostly used ES6 concepts in an easy manner.

chose this over another because it was easier to understand his voice. close captions were a mess. and run-start didn't work. he says "if everything went right" as if it might not, but never went back to help those of us whose command failed. ...sign of a poor instructor.

short overview over the ES6 essentials without digging too much into details. Quiz and Checks could be better.

El curso es un tanto basico, le falta fundamentacion, va mas para un repaso rapido que para un entendimiento de ES6. Igualmente lo recomiendo para gente principiante y sin conocimientos de JS.
