In this part of the course, you'll learn about teamwork, collaboration and leadership.  Taught by two former military officers, the principles described in these lessons have been proven to work.  You will learn how to conduct meetings efficiently and effectively to improve collaboration.  Then you'll learn the foundations for building teams and how to work together.  It's not often that we think about how to make decisions as a team.  The team decision-making lesson will give you a framework to follow.  To wrap up the course, you'll be exposed to leadership fundamentals that work.  Regardless of your position in an organization, you can be a leader and inspire others.
