The thick accent is hard to understand. The captions do not match what she is saying at all, so they are not helpful. If i mute it, and read the captions, the captions are in broken english with incomplete sentences. Most of my brain power is spent trying to understand what she is saying instead of the material.

As an engineer with few years of experience, the course was just alright for me or a reminder of the basics. However, it will be beneficial for beginners in HVAC.

The instructor clearly has more to offer but perhaps the format was too short. Not enough resources shared and the lectures stayed too much within generalities.
