I love how Thomas breaks the info down. You always hear people saying your calorie intake needs to be below your daily requirement but I've never heard anyone explain how you calculate this amount. His very practical and realistic approach really makes this plan functional to apply to every day life.

Thanks for the course! Lots of useful information, very clear presentation and a positive, supportive attitude. I started to apply the acquired knowledge yesterday, and today my scale has shown 600 grams less (disclaimer: it's not the day loss/per day the nutrition plan promises) :) Adding a fly in the ointment, I'd like to hear some "parting words", coz even the coach doesn't know his students, we've spent quite a lot of time together and that could be nice, last impression-wise :)

There is a lot of valuable information in this course to put to use. I am hoping this plan works for me as I am an endomorph, and need to track what I eat, and limit carbs. I am a vegetarian and would love more info to be in this course about vegetarian options. But overall great course!

This was a fantastic course - I am a CrossFit athlete, 48 year old female and have been battling to lose the layer of fat over my muscles. A real endomorph.
