nothing new, too many quiz's and assignments. You could put all information in few slides but no. Every section begging from 23 to the end was very irritating. One of the most useless and time waste courses I have had. I give 2 stars only.

Most of information could be presented on few slides. Presenter is irritating, and each of lessons (even those taking 1 minute..) have full intro and farewell, so 20 second waisted ON EVERY FEW MINUTES. It should be 0/5.

I was hoping for more strategies on writing neutral emails/written communications where there is a smaller chance of misinterpretation by other readers. An example would be using words or phrases that you may not perceive as an issue, but might lead your reader to feel combative.

The assignments are confusing. I did the assignments, but they are not marked complete. What am I missing. I'm about to stop wasting my time here. Also, I don't understand the answer to the question in quiz 3 about informal and formal emails. Apparently the format is "quiet similar." I don't understand what silence has to do with it. The lecture explains the differences between the two types, but i fail to see the similarities in regards to quietness.
