This course is very comprehensive and detailed. The presenter explains everything in detail and covers everything I need to know about email marketing. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn about email marketing.

I have been working with email marketers for years, and also managed small campaigns on my own. I was disappointed by the approach of this course because the instructor did not take a point of view on many of the subjects. Instead, he was more political as an attempt to not be wrong. While "selecting an email service provider is important," he did not even list the different kinds of providers and what the differences are. "Costs are important to consider." Duh? Other than the lack of detailed content within the course, I did think the production value was good. The sound quality and video quality were good, despite having a very "90's theme" design to all of the powerpoint slides. Overall, this course was a decent one, but I would only recommend it for entry-level email marketers.
