Introduction to Lithium-ion battery management

This course was very informative. Thank you Akshay Sir. I am from a non-engineering background working as Business development at Vision Mechatronics , India. VM manufacturing into li-ion batteries. I am new to at my job and wanted to gain knowledge about how to do basic battery design calculation so as to understand client requirement better. It was a good course if the LI-ion parameters are explained a little bit more in detail that would have been even better

video not showing any presentation material. Just hear the speaker spoke non-stop but not pointing to anything.

Although history is important and there was information I didn’t know, I was hoping for more technological insight. As a course that leads to an outside source, I was hoping it would give me the confidence to continue that path, but it has not. I am an individual that already has electrical knowledge, trying to venture into EV design and build.

This is not a beginners course. only the history background and jump right into the electronic engineering

I always thought that a new fuel would be found and that the IC would never be under threat. Since I can remember we had battery powered milk floats, slow with low mileage per battery charge. Then realising that electric vehicle technology was really being developed at pace I took an interest and was fortunate to find Udemy and your course. For many years I was a Motor Vehicle Lecturer and could work in this area again, this time I would be able to offer up to date electric vehicle technology. We will own an electric car one day, hybrid or fully electric, another good reason to learn this technology. Regards Mike.

The knowledge of the Tutor is pretty good, but the visualisation (pair slides) is poor. Wenn he speaks about technical topics should provide more visualisations.

There is some doing around in the first lecture with too much history of battery cells but in later lectures the tutor gained grip on the subject of Li-Ion technology. I already have some background in this subject but where able to gain some new insights.

Videos need to be more elaborative with explanatory pictures. The information is very basic with repetition in every video.

This basic introductory course made me to have interest in electric vehicles. Good course and teachings.It helped me clear my doubts and gave new knowledge.

Thank you for this free course on Li ion battery. Wow, there is a lot of info for a beginner like me. Akshay is a great teacher. Although some of the material is very hard for me, I really enjoy the lectures. Thank you very much.
