Course was excellent and in depth. Not too little, not too much. Just right. I have tried EFT tapping with some minor results. I realize now with Joan's coaching that I was missing a big part of the process. Her in-depth explanations; her dealing with various issues, her action plan --all show me where I was lacking the coaching of an expert. Now I am truly motivated and excited to do this and feel it will not be a burden and that I will be "on point!" She was enlightening and makes the journey exciting. This is so much more than you can find on the internet. Thank you so much Joan.
