I will be thrown out of the golf course if i started tapping at every shot I took. I thought she would show something to be done before the game starts and thats it.
I have been aware of EFT for a few years but never thought to apply it to golf. I love the way the presenter (Joan) engages with her audience and explains everything in simple, easy to understand, language.
