Course Overview:

The course shows the importance of delegating not just tasks, but also the authority necessary to complete them.

Those quiz questions are useless. Instead of asking a learner how many in a process, ask how a process is implemented, when to implement it, or what the results of a certain step are.

I have learned in depth on delegation process for example, how to delegate smarter, levels of delegation and steps to go about it. I find the course very interesting and informative. I also learned more on how to observe and give feedback.

Seems to be something that is more common sense and build up through experience rather than taking this course.

I like the way the course is structured and also like how it emphasises on the important steps. It would be more beneficial if listener can get few case studies as exercise before completion of course , I know the challenges of evaluation, but I think an automated one can also be possible. IMO if I get a situation saying Mr. A is your subordinate , How would you handle in situation liek this. "what would be realstic estimation for this project to complete? "How would complete this project with these set of resources where these are the milestones and skill sets of subordinates. Etc. Overall, I enjoyed the course through out as it had lot of new things to learn, but I am sure we can frame it for more value for listeners. Thanks!

I feel the one part which is lacking are the quizzes. The quizzes ask you things that are not important (e.g. how many types of delegation are there) --> it just quizzes how much you remember, not whether you understood the content at all. One way this can be improved would be to see how to utilise the tools to apply to real world examples / case studies. I like that there was breadth, covering many different areas and how to approach them.

I feel it is poor practice to start a course with a quiz that doesn't have any bearing on where the course should start. It deters students from wanting to continue a course when one feels that they start as a failure.

The tones between the lessons become very grating after a few times of hearing them. Also the PERT formula isn't correct in the Quiz.

Goes pretty fast--had to keep backing up and took a bunch of notes. Not like most training courses like this. A lot of very good information.

Course is very intellectual and starts from point A working towards Z in a very business like manner.
