1. What format type are the resource files you share in the course? I can't open any of them after downloading. 2. All aspects of conversion rate optimization are mentioned, but the explanation of each part is superficial and there is no substantive guidance.

It gave me some good ideas, even though you heard of everything what he's talking about already. You are getting the same content that you have to read through several blogs for specific topic in an optimized way, clear structured way. There is nothing new or fancy, sometimes it even lacks on proof in my opinion, but in general I think this course helped me in getting new ideas for my website that weren't in my mind before. I bought it initially because it has a strong focus on ecommerce, but got disappointed as I realized that I think he's talking 23 minutes about Product page optimization in the first place, but after the first video (8 minutes) he start talking about how to find an influencer, and this is just an example. So check the course content thoroughly. Also the course is already pretty old and I think the teacher himself is using now other tools than he suggested for example.

The great learning experience! I wish you could share some good examples so I can relate and remember better such as best practices, or what Amazon is doing well. But, overall, it's a great course for those who want to learn E-Commerce.

Blurs CRO and SEO at times. I was expecting to see more about online psychology and testing, key analytics reports. but still a few good ideas in here and the content got meatier towards the end.

There.was.a.definite.point.in.the.course.where.they.started.to.use.more.visual.descriptions....This.was.hugely.useful....it.might.be.worth.adding.a.few.in.to.earlier.lessons.as.certainly.some.where.difficult.to.fully.understand.....particularly.rich.snippets.
