The coach just reads off the slides, and the slides are too wordy. I might as well read the BABOK guide. Can I have my money back?

I expected the course would be taught from a perspective of providing real world scenarios. I have the BABOK book and took a course with Adaptive US in 2021. This course provides textbook information I already have so it was not very helpful for me. Otherwise, it is a good beginner ECBA prep course.

The contents are thorough and go over the entirety of BABoK, but do not add much to BABoK. The presenter has a strong accent and the sound quality isn't great, so it's quite hard to understand. There are subtitles but these have been autogenerated and are full of errors. If you already have access to BABoK, then most of the value you'll get out of this course will lie in the case studies at the end. These are focused on answering multiple choice questions in ECBA rather than applying or understanding BA skills. There are no quizzes or other assessments so following along with these case studies is the only way you can test your understanding.

Just reproduced everything from BABOK and read it out, an audio book would have been better than this

difficult to understand the trainer accent and very fast to catch up. He just read all the sentences included in BABOK, and that is it.

I am taking this course to help me prepare for the ECBA. The lecturer is very hard to understand and sometimes he talks too quickly and his accent makes it difficult to understand what he is saying.
