She makes learning to ear train fun, the preparation before taking the quizzes is comprehensive and I was able to get a good grasp of the functionality of the notes and symbols before the quizzes. Thank you!

This is just what I needed as a raw beginner in ear training. The lessons are patient and perfectly repetitive. At the beginning I had to play each fragment of music over 8-10 times to 'get it'. By the end I was doing fragments with more different notes by the second time through. I'll be continuing on with this series.

She is very clear. The exercises are easy to use and repeat on my IPad. She works at a progressive pace,not too easy and not too hard, for me. The course makes me listen carefully. It is structured well. I like also that she shows the notes on the staff and encourages us to orally repeat the notes when she plays the answers. She understands how people learn. I also find her voice to be quite pleasant. She is encouraging.

Okay course if you bought it in the discount. Not worth the original prices they put there, as the recordings can be quite messy and amateurish. You can feel she genuinly wants you to succeed though and does her best. It is just not up to professional standards. Good luck!

This has got to be the best course in all of Udemy. Ilse may stumble on her English every now and then, but she never stumbles on charm or on drilling you to hear the major scale. Bravo!!!

I have had a lot of music training. This is the best so far! Ear training for music! Why have I never heard if this before? Works great on a PC.
