Content and explanation is good. However, sound quality is too bad, sometimes its hard to understand.

The majority of content can be gathered by going to the Microsoft CRM developer site. The instructor basically read what is listed on the site without much detail. I was disappointed with the few examples that were given. These examples were not tested before the presentation as a couple of them broke. Regarding the javascript example, the instructor got an error and instead of troubleshooting it, he said that the functionality should work and left it as broken. Finally, this is a presentation, not an instructional course. I did learn a few things that were helpful to me and I have a better understanding of the CRM model behind the scenes.

I liked the way the course was organized and the how the material was presented I found that the sound quality of some of the videos (especially the initial videos) were not very good

I really enjoyed this course. The techniques contained in the course will guide you based on best practices and tested methodology. This course offers complete solutions for many common questions which will lead you to a wealth of ideas to continue to extend your own CRM system. The instructor's presenting style is a common-sense approach so that you don't have to be a programmer to understand that content, something you won't find in other courses on Udemy. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to gain a solid understanding of the power of CRM and how it can be molded for your business.
