Enjoyed the course. For a beginner this has helped me understand Drupal and has given me the tools to create a site.

Great course but latest versions of drupal mean some of the install guidance is not up to date. Specifically the install of Acquia Dev Desktop.

could have done a better job on the slideshows as they left something to be desired. Luscious and soothing tone of voice and clear diction make for a pleasant listening adventure--much like floating down a lazy river with developer friends.
Oh ya, and we learned a lot. Thanks Rod (the lusciously voiced drupal guy).

Great course for beginners. It's a little slow for those with experience in other CMS products. Very good coverage of basic Drupal features, including the installation of a local Acquia Drupal system. Recommends Artisteer as a theme creation tool, which I'm not a fan of, but other aspects of the course are very good.

Instructor is knowledgeable, speaks clearly and moves at a good pace. I was never bored and was easily able to follow along. I've gone ahead and purchase the next course.

Very good starting point. Instructor explains a complex system in an easy and understandable way for even someone with little technical background. You'll complete this course with enough information to get your site up and running, and be familiar with the layout and menus of drupal. The only thing I think should be changed is the bonus content includes how to install and set up a localhost, which should be included in the section with how to install drupal on a sever.

This tutorial broke things down well and explained them clearly. It made a pretty good attempt at translating the technical jargon into plain language.

As you move from lecture to lecture, some of the views don't track with prior lessons, but overall, worth the money. Got responses to all my questions except one, but I found that on the internet.

This is an easy to follow course, broken up into short modules, with great questions. This would have been 5 stars, but there are a few lectures that skip steps, just read the questions section and all but one skipped step is covered.
