It was indeed a great and short course to give a brief idea about the format and clauses of a general contract and basics of contract. But it should have included video about negotiations also which was not there as mentioned. overall a short and crisp course to have brief knowledge.

This is so deceiving!! The title says 'how to draft, review and negotiate a contract' but there's nothing about reviewing and negotiating contracts! This is a waste of time and money!

the course is incomplete not much covered as per the heading and details. you can easily get this information through books or internet for free.

I am in the process of getting an associate degree in Acquisitions and contract management, so this was a good side course for me to take to supplement my studies. I particularly liked the simplified explanation of terms and the work through sample agreement; those were highlights of the course.

Overall, this was a comprehensive course on contracts drafting. However, I felt the instructor could have elaborated more on the basic elements of a contract: intention to enter into legal relations, mutual agreement, and capacity. Alongside offer, acceptance and consideration, these elements are also crucial to enforcing an agreement in a court of law.

Didn't realize this seems to be a very "old" course and not current. Was hoping to learn more about US legal contracts

The course was good. Just that the resources for this certificate should be provided in word format as well, so that students can use it for contract drafting.

Although the class was occasioanlly informative, we didn't learn anything about contract negotiation -- we only really learned about constructing a contract. Amongst all the spelling errors, cringy audio editing and visually unappealing graphics, there was a lot of gendered language being used: contract writing/negotiation is not just for men.

It says it will also discuss about the confidentiality agreement but thats missing. This is an incomplete course and charges around 500 INR. Very dissapointing.

SO FAR I'M LEARNING ABOUT DIFFERENT TYPES OF OFFERS THAT CAN BE A LEGAL CONTRACT. ELEMENTS OF THE CONTRACT. OFFER-PROPOSAL, AN OFFER IS A PROPOSAL FROM ONE PARTY TO ANOTHER INTO A LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT. WILLINGNESS TO ENTER INTO A LEGAL RELATION, THIS IS THE SORT OF LEGAL DEFINITION. FURTHERMORE, WHAT IS ACCEPTANCE? ACCEPTANCE IS THE WAY BY WHICH THE OFFEREE COMMUNICATES HIS WILLINGNESS TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER, CONSIDERATION, CAN BE A PROMISE, PAST OR PRESENT AND FURTHER CONSIDERATION. PRACTICAL ASPECT OF CONTRACT. MOST IMPORTANT, DRAFT THE CONTRACT FAIRLY. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, NICE LECTURE ON CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS

Nice course that goes deep enough to give the student the opportunity to make or review his own contracts.
