The audio is going on and off - it's not my internet connection because I work full time online on my business. My fibre connection is fast and stable. There should probably be a note in the course details that indicates that one should download all the resources instead of downloading each one as one goes through each section. It was confusing to not have the bank and credit card statements etc while it was being discussed and worked with in "Understanding the Spreadsheet". The worked example exercise was my most favorite part of this course - I managed to test myself before moving forward. This is in general a great course and completely cleared some stuff I'd been unable to put together as I have been working on the A/R side of things for 11+ years. I feel more confident in my capabilities and understanding now.

Good information. I found the working examples useful. My only real criticism is the poor sound quality... it was crackly and some of the words were impossible to understand.

I wanted something to help me reduce my accountancy bills and this course fits the bill very well for a complete novice. If you have some idea of what you are doing you will find some of the info basic and obvious. Personally I found it was good to be reminded of the basics. I feel empowered and have taken on Lisa's advice in getting organised - next year's tax return prep for the accountant should be a breeze! Thanks Lisa.
