Not great. I feel like i was listening to a work presentation. It was free so I can't complain. You can get it down to by playback of x1.75 and you won't miss anything. Overall you can likely find better material on YouTube.

There were several videos that are exactly the same. Very good explanation of VMWare but lacks real world examples of stateful and stateless applications. Still not quiet understand what is docker container. Seems like the main explanation is to reduce OS cost. Still don't see the benefits.

Yeah , good demonstration of history of containers , reasons of its evolution from single server to VMvare evolution , finally containers save cost for business on Application Deployment, effective resource utilisation of server computations, hardware etc.

Nice introductory powerpoint presentation but some refinement could be done ... Some Feedback on the course - Thank you for creating this course and taking the extra mile to get some feedback from your students to improve it even further - The soundtrack seems to have been "patchworked" from different runs on the text. That's ok for most of the part, but it irritates a bit when the voice, the environmental noise and the microphone parameters change (sometimes multiple) within a sentence. Sometimes you cut the sound snippets a bit short so some words are truncated or missing entirely. - While narrating it is very considerate of you not to talk too fast since a lot of students may not have english as their mother tongue. But please slow down continually, don't pause after every other word - The demo of the webserver is missing (at the end of section 2, lection 6) 3 months after the feedback by a user and not even an answer or remark by the teacher - The emphasis lies on the monetary aspect - it is definitly a good presentation to sell a qualification course for your staff members to management, but I had expected a bit more technical inview - In 4.14 you state: this course brings you on speed without getting your hands dirty - after half an hour of watching I get assured this is purely management talk? Continuing anyway... - Lection 22 and 23 are still the same 5 months after this oops was reported - is anyone listening?

Good info, sound was a bit echo-y Chapter 22 and 23 were the same The bit about a demo doesn't seem to play after chapter 2. There is no other demo or illustration of a container running a service or the considerations needed when planning for a container strategy

Very good - I was looking for something that would give me a 'high-level' overview of what containers are, instead of just how to use them (which a lot of courses jump straight into) so this is brilliant

There are lots of sound issues in the slides. Sound goes up and down a lot of times making it unclear to hear. No real time stuff, mostly theory. No hands on examples either. No installation details, how to use, how to deploy apps, nothing :-( But thanks for all the efforts that you put in for this course. And thanks for making it FREE :-)
