good information, but it could be more interactive with some questions during the course by the instructor. Also voice modulation is boring.

The teacher didn’t explain a lot of the words but started using them. For Example in the past session grievance, you didn’t explain that word and you started giving examples of why it’s being needed. The slides weren’t really appealing either, I wished you would have given more examples like you did with the pos terminals

Decent match - I need to get up to speed on key retail banking concepts and jargon. I understand the basics, it's more the particulars and this course is giving that. The area for development is that the narrator could be more concise which makes it harder to follow - requires more preparation but would avoid repetition.

I have had an experience at work where our merchant had a challenge with customers who got debited without receiving value, due to a delay of reversal they were asked to go to the acquirer bank to lay a chargeback. which they later received a reversal after a couple of days. this study has helped with a clearer knowledge of the card system thank you.

Quite basic info. Instead of wandering on Google to search for all of this, you can get the cousre to save some of your time. But the slides have too many texts, I'm lost sometimes when the speaking is a bit long for only 1 slide. Hope to add more images, charts or some other visualization. Also more practical examples where applicable, making it easy to catch up. Thanks.
