First off, the language used is a horrible form of English, which is understandable as the instructor is not a native English speaker, but it makes the videos confusing as hell. The subtitles cannot fight with the strong accent and often show ridiculous text. An example of confusing videos is in the Google Tag Manager lesson. The video shows a bunch of options and the cursor flies all over the place, while the instructor talks about "click send" and things like that. My guy, what send? What button are you talking about? The screen shows something completely different. Why don't you just use the program yourself while you talk? Also, some simple and quite obvious things are explained in detail ("all pages means all the pages on your site", "we sold this many courses and earned this much, and then we sold this..."), whereas other things that a beginner might not know, such as CPC and PPC and CTR are just used casually without explaining them. CRM is only talked about in detail in video 154 out of 192, and even then the abbreviation is not explained, but just defined as a tool for helping sales. It would also be helpful to show examples of SMART goals, macro and micro conversions instead of just talking about them in theory. In the setting goals and events videos, you say click on objectives tab. The thing is, there is no objectives tab. I just see accounts, properties and apps and views, and half of them are in Cyrillic. In the same unit, there is nothing explained about the goal details part either. What do I type in there? "Now you can see how many people..." No, I can't, because I have no idea what you're doing. In a different field, you type "search_data". Why the underscore? Why not just "search"? What would happen if you write something else? You assume that most of the students know this beforehand, yet you say that we might need the help of a programmer for the code. All of this adds up so that at some point, I give up, and just let the video play while I try to find the useful information about the specific lesson on the Internet or in the book given in the course, and most of the time I find it on the former, since the book is at best a summary of the course. The only reason why it's not a one star is because of the free book, and I did actually find out some new programs and applications and marketing methods, but in the end, I had to Google to understand how to use them properly, and at that point, I don't really need the course.
