General tips of dieting for the long term, not specifically putting diet foods to your meal, so the course doesn't talk about that eat eggs and oats in the breakfast and eat chicken breasts and etc. In lunch and dinner, but general tips to a diet in the long term.

Yes it is a good course for a person like me who wants to maintain a helathy diet by also eating the food which gives us the taste. I find Section 10 , 48 th lesson is very valuable for me. Most of the time I will regulary check what Iam eating, but when iam in a bad mood i ll eat so much junk . I will control this bad habit of eating from now on.
