Fantastic photography BUT too much repetition of some pictures. Also I would have preferred to see the Instructor - perhaps even demonstrating some of the training or training environments. The Course Description says: " All of this information isn’t good, and some of it is just down right false. This course is designed to help you avoid common mistakes directly related to misinformation, misinformation that can keep you from reaching your diet and fitness goals" So what I would have liked to have seen is things such as: 5 common dieting mistakes (https://www.cassie.net/5-common-dieting-mistakes/) 10 common mistakes on the keto diet (https://ketologic.com/article/the-10-most-common-mistakes-on-the-keto-diet/) 10 mistakes everyone makes (https://www.eatthis.com/diet-mistakes-other-people-make/) 13 common mistakes (https://www.netdoctor.co.uk/healthy-eating/advice/a25842/13-common-diet-mistakes/) and then for fitness: Common workout mistakes (https://fitness.mercola.com/sites/fitness/archive/2014/09/05/7-common-workout-mistakes.aspx) Common fitness mistakes (https://www.coachmag.co.uk/lifestyle/3952/the-most-common-fitness-mistakes) 10 fitness mistakes to avoid (https://www.lifehack.org/articles/lifestyle/10-fitness-mistakes-you-need-avoid.html) 7 ways you're sabotaging your workout (https://fitness.mercola.com/sites/fitness/archive/2014/09/05/7-common-workout-mistakes.aspx) Then perhaps: a. common mistakes in the gym b. common mistakes when running c. mistakes causing injuries d. 5 most dangerous exercises e. 5 most useless exercises Then a special section on: a. medical checkups before exercising/dieting b. mistakes made by the elderly c. should you count calories? etc etc You get the idea. Of course this would have made it a lot longer course BUT it took ten minutes to find those sites and they could at the very least, easily be listed in the course as 'useful links'. I also note the lack of resources and the very few Educational Announcements - these would all help in this very crowded market. Having said all that, a HUGE PLUS. I asked a couple of questions a reply came within hours. That's great! and shows that IF the course is more extensive and IF people do have questions, here is an Instructor who responds. The course was free so perhaps I should not expect too much but I know of at least one fitness course on Udemy that is 5 hours - and that is also free.... I hope this constructive review will be seen as that i.e. 'constructive' and will lead to an expanded course. Thank you

hi, the use of the music make me feel like a youtube video of a tutorial of how to make my own garden or something like that, that is the only thing i have to say.
