This wasn't the best course I've done. Not enough resources and some of the resources provided din't match what the trainer was saying. I found it strange the the trainer kept telling us how easy it is to do things like change your thought patterns and physiology. If it was that easy I wouldn't have any patients

Incredibly insightful. A rich overview and foundational walk-through of DBT. I found it personally helpful for my own state of mind having suffered with chronic anxiety, I was not using the course content as a life coach/psychiatrist (which some of the content was directed at). One of the documented resources didn’t load fully, and the captions are off in the few places, but otherwise excellent material.

From what I’ve seen so far, the course is fairly basic and does provide a good starting point for understanding DBT. Many lessons have exercises that are relevant and helpful, and begin to get you involved.

I have to say that is definitely one of the best and the most detailed courses I took! I got a lot of important aspects of DBT and behavioral therapy in general. Also, I learned some great techniques for dealing with stress and anxiety as well as great advice on recognizing intrusive thoughts when they arise and the tools to handle them.
