This is a good course on the subject work, but it was more of a theoretical course instead it could have a bit of practical real-life example of doing things.

The teacher is good, he knows the content, and developed an good method for help to clean your inbox, but something I miss was and practical class about how to make this in a real way, for exemple using one or two e-mail hosts and show how to do it.

although I knew many if not quite all of what was taught here having the course motivated me to actually sit down and do the detoxing process and now I have an empty inbox and the emails that still need my attention in various ways have been redirected to useful folders and future emails anticipated with rules set in place to auto allot them as well.

I really like the Setup Folders Section. Its the real key not only detox your inbox but also organize it and become more productive in the end. Great info about the spammers and how and where they get your email address from.

This course had some great tips to be more productive with email. I think it would be slightly more effective if it was presented in a format other than PowerPoint... but overall a well thought out and well delivered presentation. Recommended to anyone seeking to master their email inbox.

I've been using email for 20 years, and assumed I knew all the tricks, and that my inbox was just a hopeless snowball of a disaster. I'm so tired of feeling like I waste half my day dealing with email issues instead of actually getting things done or having any free time. I didn't expect much but thought even if this course could save me 5 minutes every day...well then over the course of a month, that would be a huge plus. SO GLAD I SIGNED UP...there were a lot of ideas in here I seriously had never used - like the categorization - and some things I just wasn't using to their full potential - like the actions and filtering. At any rate, I'm starting small - with just a few of the changes - and am already seeing noticeable improvements in my daily work flow - way more than the 5 minutes I would have been happy with. Oh, and the instructor seems pretty laid-back and audio quality is fantastic. I'll stop gushing now, but any chance there will be a "Part 2"???
