I feel really good after completing the lessons. I didn't even pause the lessons because it felt so good. My body was tingling and I was getting oxygenated throughout and feeling myself more calm and my breath became slow and deep. It felt really good, and I plan on doing this daily. I really recommend this.

It was very relaxing to watch. A very well prepared tutor added to the bonus, it was all beginners level which made it more interesting and easy as anyone who wants to loosen up can easily take these videos as reference. The ambiance has to be much appreciated and the soothing explanation is extremely calm to listen to. The postures and positions can be easily done by anyone with no prior experience with yoga. This is extremely helpful specially in this pandemic situation where everyone is experiencing the work pressure even though the work is being done from the closure of our homes. Sitting continuously for long hours at the desk has become a routine which makes the easy yoga videos more relevant to watch and try.

Nice course, too bad, the trainer is misleading in the demonstration of some movement due her pregnancy (specially the squads when she bend forward, arching her back during the standing up phases)

The first part with the desk yoga and using a chair was very helpful, but the second part with yoga on a floor was too difficult to me (my body is not so flexible) and sometimes I also didn't know exactly how to do it, because it was shown only from aside. But I was happy to do the first part.

I work from home and sit at my desk for an extended period of time every day. As a result, my body tends to feel stiff and tense at the end of the day. When I did the yoga movements from this course, my body and mind felt so much better. I felt the tension leave my body and I became more relaxed. Just like in the videos, I'm able to do the movements right by my desk. The great thing about this course is that the videos are short, so I can follow one or two of them at any point in the day when I need to take a break. I would recommend this course to other people who either work at a desk or stduents who spend a lot of time studying.

Great for beginners and a reminder to move every hour if sitting all day. I already do all these all the time so it was nice to see I am doing the right things.

Yes it was a good match. It was extremely relaxing but in my personal opinion, the course could have been a little longer with more sessions.
