I thoroughly enjoyed this course and highly recommend it to anyone in a managerial position or soon to be in a managerial position. It gave practical advice in a clear and succinct manner. It also helped me to know that I was on track in the feedback and coaching that I give.

Its a good course overall... If we can slow up a bit without loosing the style of lecture, it will be more helpful to digest things and move along...

The course content was delivered well, videos were good quality and information in the slides was clearly defined and easy to follow. The review system could be more rigorous with additional questions testing the students ability to put the concepts covered in the course into practice.

There were a few things that were good to note and take on board, but I felt like some of the things said were common sense and I really didn't feel like my feedback skills improved immensely.

This course is good learning and easy accessible but I think more practical examples can be added to make it more linked to our day to day activities at work
