Continuous Delivery is a software development discipline where you build software in such a way that the software can be released to production at any time CD by itself is a set of processes, tools, and techniques that enable rapid, reliable, and continuous delivery of software. So, CD isn't only about setting up a pipeline, although that part is important.

The course it isn’t well organized IMHO. The topics are jumping from one to another without any relationship. There are some parts where there are mistakes from the presenter that could be cut out.
