Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of Multi Criteria decision making and Problem Solving method that was originally developed by Prof. Thomas L. Saaty. In short, it is a method to derive ratio scales from paired comparisons.

The course explains some concepts like consistency checks well. Other aspects such as building calculations for multi-layered criteria are not covered.

It think it could be better, but in the end it was good enough. Nowadays the standard of Udemy courses is higher and the courses are better prepared. Strong accent made it difficult to understand sometimes.

AHP is a technique, known for its involvement with higher level mathematics, advanced methodologies, complicated Excel sheets, etc., for all Operations and Quality Managers. This course is for quality professionals and people involved in Projects. This is a very complex topic but Suhas has explained the concepts very well. The practical problems help in understanding the concepts better with application to real world. One recommendation though. Please add some practice problems for hands on practice.

Nice and short course but with a great deal of knowledge. I am surprised at the immense possibilities MS Excel can do and that it could be used for Business decisions in a systematic way.

This is a unique course and one of its kind especially for someone involved in transactional quality or Project Management to make strategic decisions. Explained well in short and concise manner and the problem solving exercise gives hands on practice for what you learn in the theory. Just one suggestion if you could add an Exercise for self practice that would be great.
