It was explained in very simple langauage. It was short and crisp. I liked doing this course as it gave an opportunity to reflect on unnecessary things we have accumulated in our minds and also what really were the things one enjoyed and can bring back in to our lives to be happier than before .

This course is amazing it’s literally like my little bible at the moment. I suffered a huge breakdown in recent years and it really compromised my ability to function, I was always lost in my thoughts and I was suffering horrendously. This course has taught me more than what the secondary mental health services have ever managed too and I’ll be forever grateful for that. I’ve listened and gone through this course fully three times and I’m constantly going back too certain sections too refresh myself and it’s always close by. I struggle to retain information so the fact everything is laid out so simply but yet described perfection is amazing. I’m a lifelong introvert and software developer. I’ve struggled in the past working with difficult people. This course helped me disassociate with certain narratives I’ve been telling myself for years (e.g. “my way is correct” or “so and so is detrimental to our team”). The mental gymnastics I’ve been playing for years has only succeeded on causing me suffering. Kudos to Dr. Priyanka for her advice on how to manage stress, anger & anxiety and also breathing techniques to reduce stress.
