The information and tips were very helpful, but perhaps a different delivery would be more stimulating? Words on slides without any pictures, movie clip examples, quizzes, or seeing the instructor speak makes it feel very dry.

This course was a waste of money, nothing new to learn. Instructor was not clear, unable to understand and did not articulate well. No new concepts were taught, same old technique, with new packaging. At this point I would like to request a refund.

The course is very easy to follow and it provides good insights into what assertive communication is and how to deal with criticism. Good trainer, and very well delivered training material. The techniques given are also very practical and well explained, making this course ever more useful.
