Good intro into a delicate subject that is relevant to me as I publish my photographs online. I like the engaging style with fun interactions. Practical perspective on the topic of feedback, reviews and where they come from. I have been putting my photography work online and of course social media comments are a fact of life. Reading them can be funny and perplexing at the same time, and Sandy has a nice way of presenting a way to understand it all. Not blind-you-with-science, but keeping it fun and real.
